Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNRQ handles personal data across its website, user panel and subscription services. Account management, payment reconciliation and traffic billing require certain information; that information is handled separately from the content users access through international routes. Please review the data covered and how it is managed before using the service.
Account and Order Data
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not a mandatory registration detail, and providing one is not a condition for activating the service. The account system processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, plan status and data usage for authentication, subscription delivery and account management.
Order records include the selected plan, order ID, amount, payment status and refund processing details. They are used to confirm payment, handle order disputes and reconcile accounts. When you submit a support ticket, the service also processes the issue description and attachments you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, complete subscription links or sensitive payment credentials in a ticket.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNRQ follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through subscription routes, or retain browsing history, destination URLs, DNS query history or communications content. This information is not used for usage statistics or user profiling.
Session status needed to establish a connection is used temporarily during connection handling and released when the session ends; it is not retained as a long-term, traceable connection history. The service does not persistently store connection logs linking user accounts with source IP addresses, connection start and end times or destinations. Cumulative data usage and plan status required for billing are retained separately and do not include destination details.
Usage Statistics and Local Storage
Website usage statistics help us understand page visits, source categories and feature usage so we can improve guides, navigation and page compatibility. Statistics are limited to the website and panel; they do not include browsing activity through subscription routes. Do not add account credentials or subscription information to query parameters on marketing pages, as they may be captured in records associated with the page URL.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. After signing out, consider clearing this site's data on shared devices. You can restrict cookies or delete local storage in your browser settings; doing so may require you to sign in again and select your language again. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service or network, and its own policy governs its data practices. VPNRQ uses the order ID, payment result and necessary transaction verification information to confirm payment. We do not ask you to submit your payment account password or wallet private key to this site.
Data is used and disclosed only as necessary to deliver the service, process refunds and disputes, or meet applicable legal requirements. Personal data is not sold. When disclosure is legally required, only information the service actually holds and that is relevant to the request is provided. Data described as not retained under the no-logs policy is not available for disclosure.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for the periods necessary for accounting reconciliation, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. Usage statistics are retained for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated. Retention periods vary by data purpose; this policy does not replace case-specific assessments with a single fixed number of days.
You can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. To prevent accidental deletion, the service verifies account ownership and explains the scope of the request. Records still needed to meet accounting or legal obligations may be retained temporarily and used only for those obligations. Deleting an account may also make subscriptions and past orders unavailable.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Important changes to data processing purposes, scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel; where consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable. Submit privacy questions and data requests through a panel support ticket. See the support page for instructions. The Terms of Service describe the rules for using the service.
