Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNRQ. Before using the service, please read these terms and the Privacy Policy to confirm that the services meet your needs. Any mandatory requirements under applicable laws and regulations take precedence.

Services and Scope

VPNRQ provides international route subscriptions and access to compatible clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and configurations are shown in the user panel. The region directory helps you choose an exit location and does not guarantee ongoing access to any third-party website.

Clients, plan management, and subscription imports are accessed through the user panel. Third-party websites, apps, and content are not provided by VPNRQ. Account eligibility, content licenses, and regional policies are determined by the relevant platforms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login details and subscription links secure. Subscription links are access credentials and should not be made public or shared with others. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual connections, update the relevant credentials promptly and contact support.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices online at the same time. This applies to devices owned by the account holder and does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. You may not resell, rent, or distribute subscriptions without authorization, or use them to provide network services to others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan, amount, and data details in the user panel before proceeding. Full pricing is available on the Plans and Pricing page.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations where you are located and in connection with your use of the service, and confirm that you are legally entitled to use the relevant network services. You may not use the service for illegal activities, to infringe on others' rights, or to access or distribute content prohibited by law.

You may not conduct network attacks, malicious scans, or fraud; obtain data without authorization; or distribute malicious software. Do not disrupt other users by abusing connections or interfering with systems. You must also comply with the terms of service and content rules of any third-party platforms you use.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, destination platforms, device configuration, and route maintenance. VPNRQ does not guarantee consistent performance across all times, regions, or apps, and listings are not a substitute for testing the service yourself.

If an issue occurs, consult the Troubleshooting Guide to check your client configuration and local network. Maintenance, route changes, or external network events may cause temporary interruptions; refer to notices in the user panel for updates. To the extent permitted by law, the relevant party is responsible for losses caused by changes to third-party platform policies or by your own configuration. These terms do not exclude any liability that VPNRQ is required by law to assume.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the Support Ticket Portal, including the relevant order information for verification. You do not need to provide evidence that your experience fell short of expectations.

Do not include your login password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment credentials in a support ticket. The result of the refund review and any progress updates will be provided through the ticket. These terms do not promise an unconfirmed processing or payment arrival time. Your statutory refund rights are not limited by these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

VPNRQ may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate an account in response to illegal use, subscription resale or sharing, system attacks, or repeated service disruption, depending on the impact. Where permitted by law and without compromising risk response, VPNRQ will explain the reason for any action. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review through a support ticket.

When service rules change, this page will be updated and the update month revised. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through the website or user panel. You may review the changes and raise questions before they take effect. Changes to these terms do not retroactively diminish statutory rights that have already arisen. For unresolved service or order matters, contact support through the Contact Support page.
